I am male 43 and having problom of varicocele pls help me ?

I am male 43 years having problom of varicocele from last so many years I am having difficulty to getting my wife pregnant. After being examined and tested by my doctor, I was told that I had a low sperm count, caused by a varicocele and now I learn about Embolization of varicocele . May I know about the chances of recovery ??? how it work ??
